Our Personalised Giant Heart Balloon Column is available for collection from our premises in Ruislip, HA4 and cannot be sent in the post. We can delivery locally within 30 minutes of our premises but this is not set up on the website so contact us to get a quote (£8.99 - £29.99).
We can change the heart and base colours subject to availability and they come with or without roses or with an extra large bow (see photos), simply select the correct option from the drop down box.
Our stunning personalised heart balloons number columns are a perfect gift for any occasion including Valentine's, an Anniversary, a proposal, wedding, engagement, to welcome a new baby, or a special birthday. They are perfect for male or female recipients. They also make a great centrepiece at a larger gatherings such as a Christening, Baby Shower or Hen Party.
Heart Colours (subject to availability) - Rose Gold, Pastel Blue, Pastel Pink, Navy Blue, Gold, Lilac, White or Mint Green.
Font Colours - Black, Cream, Gold, Hot Pink, Mint Green, Navy Blue, Pastel Blue, Pastel Pink, Rose Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, White, (Cream is used in the red heart picture).
Rose Colours - Black, Pale Pink, Bubblegum Pink, Fuchsia Pink, Red, White, Cream, Lilac, Peach.
Bow Colours - Fuchsia Pink, Pastel Blue, Pastel Pink, Red and White.
Note that our columns measure around 1.2 metres tall and around 60cm wide. They do not fit in car boots. They will require a full emptied large car with all the rear seats laid flat for collection as they need to lie down. Please check your car measurements carefully. They may fit across the back seat subject to removing any children's car seats.
We require a minimum of 1 days notice for these creations, but we suggest that you place your order a few weeks in advance if possible especially for weekends which are very busy. Most customers collect the day before (up to 19.00) if they wish to present the columns first thing in the morning as our first collection slot is from 10.00am.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if ordering online so that we have time to create the column for you.
We provide three main delivery options for all party supplies. This does not include helium inflated or air-filled products (see below);

Local Delivery - For helium inflated or air-filled balloon products contact us to discuss delivery as this is not set up on the website. Our local delivery includes around 25 mins from our premises in Ruislip HA4. The price ranges from £8.99 - £29.99. It allows for our time to and from your location, time loading and unloading, unbagging and setting up your balloons and petrol. At weekends and during rush hour we will add an additional 10 minutes to allow for heavier traffic.
Collection - We also offer a collection service from our premises in Ruislip. All orders must be pre-ordered online as we don't have a shop. Select the collection tab option from the basket page followed by the date and time of collection. Make sure you select the collection tab before proceeding to the check out page.
To organise a collection select the collection tab option from the basket page and then select your required date and time of collection from the drop down boxes.
Only available collection times will be shown. When we are fully booked or offsite doing deliveries or balloon installations or closed for holidays no available slots will be shown. You are welcome to email us to check as sometimes we can fit you in if it is a smaller order.
Collections are generally available from 10.00 to 19.00 Monday to Saturday and for two set periods on Sunday's. Sunday orders cannot be made on the day.
We do our best to dispatch the same day or failing that the following morning. Generally if you place your order before 2.00pm it will be dispatched the same day. We don't dispatch on Saturday's or bank holidays. You are welcome to check with us via the chatbot if you want to double check.
We are located at 413 Victoria Road, Ruislip, HA4 0EF but we don't have a store that you can visit orders need to be placed in advance for collections.
