Opening Hours
My Dream Party Shop is an online website based in Ruislip. Our standard opening hours are below. Our opening hours represent our core times when we are contactable, but as we don't have an actual shop we may not always be around to answer the telephone or may be busy with a customer collection or inflating helium balloons. If you can't reach us the quickest way to get in contact is to drop us an email with your question or try the online chatbot (which we may pick up on our mobile phone) and we will get back to you asap.
Although we don't have a store that you can visit, we do offer a click and collect service. Simply select the "collection" option on the check out page to remove shipping charges and then select your required date and time. If you need your order at short notice we recommend contacting us in the first instance. Once your order is ready you will receive a confirmation and details on how to collect.
We offer collections 7 days a week and up to 19.00 at night Monday to Saturday. We are no longer opening on Sunday's generally, but you can arrange a collection in advance. You need to order before 17.00 on Saturday on the website. Collections on Sundays are now only possible between 11.00 - 12.00pm or 16.00 - 17.00.
