If you want to enquire about an event installation or want ideas to decorate a birthday party then the best way to contact us is via our enquiry form as this will capture all of the information that we need and will enable us to get back to you quicker with a more detailed quotation. You can call us on 02084000570 during our opening hours (09.00 - 6.00pm Mon - Sat). Please bear in mind that as we don't have a traditional shop that you can visit we are not always able to answer the telephone as we may be inflating balloons, packing orders or busy with customer collections or offsite with deliveries.

If you don't get an answer then try us on the chatbot (see bottom right hand corner of the website) which we can answer on our mobile even if we are offsite or can reply to you via email if we miss the chat. Remember to leave your email and a contact mobile number and what you are looking for in as much detail as possible ideally with the link the product page or a photo and the date/time required and then we can reply to you. Please ensure that you close the chatbot page after leaving your message or your request will stay open on the system and we may missed it. Once it is closed we will receive a notification of your missed message.

As we are not a traditional shop we are not equipped to accommodate orders on the doorstep at short notice as we don't take cash and need time to pack orders.

Orders need to be placed in advance via our website and you can then arrange for a collection from your basket where you can select the collection option and then your required date and time of collection from the drop down boxes. We can usually do this at fairly short notice, but orders for party products will still require time to be packed so a minimum of one hour is required. 

If you require helium balloons on the day you must check if we have capacity before placing your order on the website. We can advise you how long your order is going to take and if we have availibility. Note that latex balloons take 45 minutes to dry (as we add hi-float to them to extend their float time) plus inflation time so for a large bouquet of 8 we would need a minimum of 2 hours. Foil balloons can be turned around much more quickly subject to our availability.
