Established in 2018, we were delighted to be finalists at the Hillingdon Business Awards 2026 in both the Retailer of the Year and Innovative Company of the Year categories.
We are an online party shop so we don't have a store that you can visit, but we offer collections of party supplies and helium and air-filled balloons designs by appointment. Collections can be schedule on the basket page by selecting the "collection" tab followed by the date and time of collection. We are homebased business so we are not equipped to take orders on the doorstep so we suggest contacting us via any of the methods outlined below to discuss your order.
We can do collections on the day but at least one hour's notice is normally required especially for balloon orders which normally require at least 2 hours depending on the size of the order, type of balloons, and how busy we are with orders already booked in.
You can call us on 02084000570 during our opening hours (9.00 - 6.00pm Mon - Sat). Please bear in mind that as we don't have a traditional shop that you can visit we are not always able to answer the telephone as we may be inflating balloons, packing orders, busy with customer collections or offsite with deliveries.
We have a chatbot on the bottom left hand corner of the website, add your name and email to the form to start a chat with us and give us as much information as possible from the outset including what you are looking for, the date, time and location, the occasion and what you are looking for. If you don't get an answer from us within a few minutes then make sure that you close the chatbot by shutting down your browser and leaving the website. We will then receive an email with your message and can then get back to you quickly with quotes, photos and more information etc. Note if you don't close your browser then we won't receive the message as the chat is still live and therefore we may not notice a missed chat for several days.
We aim to respond to most emails within a few minutes unless we are offsite with a delivery or installation and so we check emails constantly throughout the day. Our email address is info@mydreampartyshop.com - if you haven't had a response within a few hours then we suggest trying one of the other methods as emails sometimes go into junk and although we check junk regularly we may not spot it straight away.
If you want to enquire about larger event balloon installations at a house or venue then the best way to contact us is via our enquiry form as this will capture all of the information that we need and will enable us to get back to you quicker with a more detailed quotation. If you require helium balloons on the day you must check if we have capacity before placing your order on the website. We can advise you how long your order is going to take and if we have availibility. Note that latex balloons take 45 minutes to dry (as we add hi-float to them to extend their float time) plus inflation time so for a large bouquet of 8 we would need a minimum of 2 hours and that is based on us having capacity on the day to start your order straight away. Foil balloons can be turned around much more quickly subject to our availability.
