    We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY for all UK mainland orders of £40.00 or more after discounts have been applied (not applicable for helium inflated products which are local collection or local delivery only see below). See our other options below.

    If you live in or near Ruislip, we offer a free collection service. Simply select the "Collection" option on the basket page. See more information below.

    We will always do our best to dispatch promptly (usually same day depending on the time that the order is placed), but delivery delays are out of our control. We always recommend allowing a minimum of 7 working days for your party supplies to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for delays in your package arriving if you have not allowed sufficient time. 

    Please ensure that you keep all emails from us in your inbox and ideally add us to your contacts list to prevent emails going astray. This is particularly important for gmail, yahoo and hotmail accounts. Please check your junk folder if you haven't received a dispatch email within 24 hours (not weekends). Drag any junk emails back into your inbox.

Once it has been received by Royal Mail it will say "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item" in red. The system will then be updated once the parcel has been delivered or for a missed delivery it will confirm that the parcel is waiting for collection at your nearest sorting office so it is always worth checking the tracking if your parcel hasn't arrived within the time frame.

    Collection from our premises in HA4 0EF - order on the basket page by selecting the "collection" option and the date and time from the drop down boxe 

    Collection is usually available from 10.00am - 7.00pm Monday - Saturday and for set periods on Sunday morning and late afternoon. No collection on the day on Sunday's pre-orders only - Hours around bank holidays and school holidays may vary available slots will be shown in the drop down boxes on the basket page. 

    Local Delivery Within 30 Minutes of Ruislip, HA4 - POA - £8.99 - £29.99

    Contact us for quote. We deliver within 30 minutes of HA4 0EF, subject to availability, minimum order £25.00 - Delivery charge from £8.99 - £29.99 depending on location. Local Delivery Cannot be Ordered on the Website. Covers our time to and from your location, plus time loading and unloading at either end, unbagging and arranging and petrol.

    Delivery Times

    Our standard delivery time is up to 5 working days after you receive our dispatch email, but it should normally arrive in 3 days. If you live in more remote locations please allow at least one extra day. 

    Generally items are not dispatched during weekends and on bank holidays. If you order on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, your order will dispatched the following Monday. If you order on a bank holiday, your order will dispatched the next working day.

    If you have a query about an order you have not yet received please email us at mydreamparty@icloud.com. If you have an item missing you must inform us WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS of the receipt of your parcel. We cannot send any missing items if you have not informed us within 7 days. We must be notified of an undelivered parcel WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDERING. After 30 days, if you have not received your parcel and you have not informed us, we cannot refund or replace items.

    Returns Policy

    We really want you to be 100% happy with all of your items and we are striving for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy or you change your mind, we will be pleased to be able to offer returns up to 30 days from receipt of item. Outside of this time frame we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund. 

    Please contact us in the first instance to confirm that you are returning/cancelling an order at info@mydreampartyshop.com with the subject header “Returns” and we will send you full instructions.  Please include the following information in your email: Customer name, customer address, contact telephone number/email address, order number and the reason for the return.

    To return your product, you should send your product to: My Dream Party Shop, 413 Victoria Road, Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 0EF, UK.

    Please note the following:

    • Please inform us by email that you are returning an item and the reason for the return.
    • All returned items must be in an unused perfect condition, in the original packaging, ready for resale.
    • You must provide us with proof of purchase to complete your return, i.e. an email confirmation, order number or the original invoice.
    • If fast track delivery has been selected, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded in line with the distance selling regulations.
    • We will only refund postage if the items are faulty not if you have simply changed your mind
    • Noted that we e will only refund standard postage not express or next day postage.

    Customers are responsible for the cost of returning all items. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the items reach us. It is strongly recommended that items are sent by recorded delivery that insures the full value of the goods.  Unfortunately we will be unable to refund any items that are not sent back to us.

    Please ensure that you keep a record of proof of postage with the tracking number.

    Under the “Distance Selling Regulations” you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery. You must notify us that you are cancelling your order and you then have 14 days from that date to return your items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Faulty or damaged items

    If any items are faulty or damaged upon receipt or have a manufacturing fault, we can offer replacements or exchanges or a full refund.  Please contact us at info@mydreampartyshop.com with the subject header “Damaged/Faulty item” or similar and provide us with a detailed description and some good quality photographic evidence. Return postage costs will be refunded subject to us receiving the items and agreeing that the items are damaged/faulty or that we have made an error.

    Please note that refunds cannot generally be made for personalised or bespoke items, unless there has been an error on the part of My Dream Party Shop in the wording or the item has been received damaged or faulty.

    Once your return is received

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also confirm if your refund has been approved or rejected.

    Provided all conditions are met we will refund you via the original method of payment. We aim to refund as quickly as possible and ideally within 1-2 working days of receiving the item. The refund will be made to the account used to purchase the item.

    Missing Refunds

    Please note that although we will confirm when a refund is made, in some cases there can be a delay of up to 14 days before your bank or credit card provider returns your money. If for some reason you haven’t received your refund, please wait a couple of days before rechecking your bank or credit card account. Please speak to your provider to double check if funds are pending before contacting us and we will do our best to assist you further.
