We suggest keeping your message as short as possible due to limited surface space. Bubble balloons are made of a new super stretchy type of plastic and last considerably longer than foil balloons.   

• Note that no cancellation refund is possible once we have started treating the balloons with hi-float (if latex) or inflating the balloons.
  

• Each option is inflated with helium ready for collection from our premises in HA4. We recommend collecting as close to the day of presentation as possible. 

• A minimum of 1 day's notice is required when placing the order online.  If you need it the same day please call us on 020 8400 0570 (do not leave a message as this may be missed) or contact us via the chatbot or by email.  If we are very busy we may not always be able to answer the phone, but we will see emails and messages from the chatbot pretty quickly. 

• Please add a note ref your required message in the notes box on the check out page or send us an email including your order number.

• Select the "Collection" option on the check out page and then select your required date and time of collection.  Only available time slots will be displayed. A minimum of 1 hours notice is required for this product unless you have agreed with us in advance.  If your required time of collection is not shown please contact us to check if we can do it at that time or leave a note on the check out page.

• Once we have seen and reviewed your order we will reply to confirm your collection date and time and provide full information on how to collect from us. Look out for an email from us called "Collection Information" and if you don't see this after a couple of hours please check your junk and spam folder.
