• Each option is inflated with helium ready for collection from our premises in HA4. We recommend collecting as close to the day of presentation as possible.

• A minimum of 1 day's notice is required when placing the order online. If you need it the same day please call us on 020 8400 0570 or contact us via the chatbot or by email. If we are very busy we may not always be able to answer the phone, but we will see emails and messages from the chatbot pretty quickly. 

• Select the "Collection" option on the basket page and select your required date and time of collection. If your required time of collection is not shown please contact us or leave a message in the notes box.

• Once you have placed your order we will reply to confirm your collection date and time and provide full information on how to collect from us.  

• No cancellation is possible once we have started inflating this product.
