Giant Pastel Green Ice Cream Balloon - This pretty pastel foil balloon is perfect for our Ice Cream Dreams party or for any Summer party. Mix with our other ice cream balloons or pastel balloons.
The balloon measures 18 inches (46 cm).
Note it is a very pretty pastel green colour, but in bright sunlight and photographs outside it tends to look white
Can be filled with helium or air
Can be inflated with air by inserting a straw and blowing for a few seconds, then sealing the valve shut
