The balloon is inflated with helium and tied on a weight ready for collection from our premises in HA4. We recommend collecting as close to the day of presentation as possible.

A minimum of 1 day's notice is required when placing the order online. If you need it the same day please call us on 020 8400 0570 (do not leave a message as this may be missed) or contact us via the chatbot or by email. If we are very busy we may not always be able to answer the phone, but we will see emails and messages from the chatbot pretty quickly.
