Create Your Own Helium Tabletop Balloons - Design your own helium tabletop balloons for your party. Perfect for decorating for a black tie party, milestone birthday, prom or any special occasion. 

All options require a minimum of 48 hours notice before collection. For with milestone numbers and foil shapes we recommend giving us 2 - 3 weeks notice so that we can make sure that have sufficient stock available as we don't generally keep large amounts of each number on site. It is always worth checking with us however as we do place orders most weeks so we may be able to get balloons in at short notice subject to availability.

Styles

You can choose from just latex balloons or a mixture of foil star or heart foil balloons and latex balloons. We can also offer milestone balloons with ages. See the drop down box for the prices of different options. You can see what milestone foil balloons are available in our Milestone Birthday Supplies Collections. We are unlikely to have a large amount of any particular milestone age in stock as we stock so many different balloons and also because they are discontinued from time to time so we recommend checking with us and giving us 2 - 3 weeks notice.

Mini Balloon Bases

All options come with a single or a double layer of mini 5 inch balloons around the base. For a double layer we would normally do a mixture of two colours. If you would prefer a single colour when ordering a double layer base then do let us know and tell us what colour you would prefer. If you are having an event with long trestle tables rather than 6ft rounds and would prefer to have no mini balloon base to give you more room on the table then let us know and we can remove them for you.

How to Order

• To order select your required amount and combination from the drop down box. 

• Comment in the notes box on the basket page with your required combination of colours. If you order foil balloons please specify required shape (star or heart) or age/colour/style for milestone options.

• Ensure that you have selected collection on the basket page and select your required date and time of collection from the drop down boxes.

• Proceed to the check out page and our address 413 Victoria Road will show as Head office in the shipping address. This is the collection address so no need to change this simply continue to the billing address and complete your information and your credit card/payment information.

• If you would like us to deliver to your venue or house please contact us first to discuss and we can finalise the order and payment over email. Our delivery costs range from £8.99 - £29.99 depending on your location. We only deliver within 30 minutes of our premises in South Ruislip allowing for extra traffic at peak times. We can then sort out the order via bank transfer and email as we don't have delivery rates set up on the website at present to avoid confusion with customers.

Notes Please Read

• At least two full days' notice is required if ordering online. If you need to discuss the order please contact us by email, call us on 020 8400 0570 or chat to us on the chatbot.

• The price includes the balloons, mini balloons around the weight for decoration, ribbon, a weight, helium, hi-float and labour costs plus a bag for transport. Hi-float increases the float time of latex balloons from 12 - 24 hours to 5 days or much longer. 

• For larger quantities of foil balloons in the same colour please check with us first and allow plenty of time before your order as we may need to order in additional stock.

• Note that no cancellation refund is possible once we have started treating the balloons with hi-float (if latex) or inflating the balloons.

• Once you have placed your order you will receive an auto confirmation from the system. Once we have had time to check your order we will respond with any questions plus information on how to collect from us and look after your balloons.
