Halloween Orange and Black Linking Balloon Garland Kit -This gorgeous linking balloon bunting garland kit is perfect for Halloween or a colour themed party.  Set of 27 linking balloons with long tie at one end and standard tie at the other.  Simply blow up the balloons and then tie together.  Sold with gold or silver confetti.

You will need an electric or hand pump to blow up the balloons.  Balloon pump sold separately.

• The kit includes 27 x 6 inch balloons
• 9 orange, 9 black and 9 clear with silver or gold confetti provided
• Approximately 4 metres in length
• Hang as one long chain or in separate sections
• Buy more than one kit and join them together
• Only inflate to 6 inches as over inflation will cause the balloons to burst
