For use with helium or air
Rub the outside of the balloon to get the confetti to stick to the sides and shake to get even coverage
Note that as confetti affects the float time of helium balloons we recommend that you don't inflate the confetti balloons until the last minute.
Generally confetti balloons will only have a float time of around 6 hours (compared to 10 - 12 for other latex balloons and 3 - 5 days for foil balloons)
