Mini Ice Cream Sundae Balloon

Mini Ice Cream Sundae Balloon - Delicious looking  mini decorator dessert balloon with the words "Happy Birthday" across it.  The same pattern is on both sides of the balloon. The balloon features three scoops of ice cream some sprinkles, a cherry on top and some biscuit wafers.

This cute balloon looks great as a table top decoration.  Blow up 4 latex balloons to around 8-9 inches and tie into 2 pairs.  Twist the balloons around each to create a quad base. 

• Measures 16 inches (before inflation)
• This is a decorator balloon to use alongside air filled latex balloon bases (make a quad out of 4 latex balloons blow up to 8-9 inches tied together)
• Inflate with air only not helium (as too small to float)
• To inflate with air simply insert a straw into the balloon blow for a few seconds until fully inflated and then press your finger onto the neck to hold the air in the balloon and seal the neck downwards with a medium heat iron for a couple of seconds. Be very careful if you apply heat for too long then the iron will burn through the balloon and create a hole rather than sealing it.
