• One days' notice is required if ordering online. If you need the balloons the same day please contact us first by email or phone us on 020 8400 0570. 

• The price includes the balloons, ribbon, weight, helium and labour costs. 

• To order the balloons simply select the required option from the drop down box at the bottom of this page and add it to the cart. Once on the check out page simply select the "collection" option and then select the required date and time of collection from the drop down boxes.  

• Balloons are for collection from Ruislip, HA4, but may be available for delivery locally for a fee (£6.99 - £24.99) depending on location. Contact us before ordering to discuss.

• Note that no cancellation refund is possible once we have started treating the balloons with hi-float (if latex) or inflating the balloons.
