Balloons need to be rubbed after inflation to create static
Balloons can be inflated with air or helium
If inflating with helium use a small amount of air first and then fill with helium
Note that as confetti affects the float time of helium balloons we recommend that you don't inflate the confetti balloons until the last minute.
Generally confetti balloons will only have a float time of around 6 hours (compared to 10 - 12 for other latex balloons and 3 - 5 days for foil balloons)
Comes un-inflated. If you live locally contact us to arrange for helium inflation and collection
