Balloons can be inflated with air or helium
If using with helium make sure that you use a couple of small puffs of air first with a hand pump and then fill with helium as this will help the confetti to stick.
Note that as confetti affects the float time of helium balloons we recommend that you don't inflate the confetti balloons until the last minute.
Generally confetti balloons will only have a float time of around 6 hours (compared to 10 - 12 for other latex balloons and 3 - 5 days for foil balloons)
