• Pack of 5 x 12 inch confetti balloons
• Balloons need to be rubbed after inflation to create static
• Balloons can be inflated with air or helium
• If inflating with helium use a small amount of air first and then fill with helium
• Note that as confetti affects the float time of helium balloons we recommend that you don't inflate the confetti balloons until the last minute. 
  
• Generally confetti balloons will only have a float time of around 6 hours (compared to 10 - 12 for other latex balloons and 3 - 5 days for foil balloons)
• Comes un-inflated and packaged

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Please remember that children under 8 yrs can choke or suffocate balloons if even they are un-inflated or broken.  Please always ensure that adults fully supervise children around balloons even if they are un-inflated.  Broken balloons should be removed and discarded immediately.
